How to Fix Uplay Google Authenticator Not Working?

Sync the Time Correction for Codes

  1. You should launch the Google Authenticator application on the phone by selecting it on its button.
  2. Once you reach the application, select the vertical ellipsis menu icon on the upper right side of the display.
  3. Thereafter, you will see a menu, select the Settings option through the menu.
  4. Beneath the Settings, choose the option of ‘Time correction for codes.’
  5. Below the ‘Time correction for codes,’ select the option of ‘Sync now.’
  6. Finally, wait for the procedure to be finished.

Setup the Correct Time and Date on Mobile Devices

  1. You should invoke the Settings of the mobile by selecting on the Settings button.
  2. Beneath the Settings option, move down and go to the option of ‘additional settings’ and select it.
  3. Underneath the Additional Settings, select the option of ‘Date and Time.’
  4. Below the Date and Time section, ensure that the option of ‘Automatic time zone’ and ‘Automatic date & time’ is turned on. Otherwise, turn on them by switching the toggle.
  5. Finally, reboot the system.

Set the Date and Time on iOS Device

  1. Firstly, invoke the Settings option on the iOS device.
  2. Thereafter, beneath the Settings option, select the option of General.
  3. Underneath the General option, select the ‘Date and time’ option, and adjust it to the Automatic.
  4. Once again, beneath the Settings, select the option of Privacy.
  5. Below the privacy section, select the ‘Location Services’ then adjust it to the ‘always use for Google Authenticator app.’
  6. Now, reboot the system.
  7. After finishing the instructions, reboot the device, and input the ‘Google Authenticator code,’ the issue will be fixed.
